The spectral tarsier (Tarsius tarsier) is a species of tarsier found in Indonesia. It is the type species for the Tarsius genus. It is found on the island of Selayar and possibly on nearby south western Sulawesi.
Weighs about 80-100 grams and has a body length of 16cm and a tail length of 23cm. They known as the “Tarsius Monkey”, the smallest primate in the world. They can live up to 12 years. Males are bigger than females.
